Isa ka bang Jejemon?

Jejemon… ito na yata ang pinakabagong salita na nadagdag sa bokabularyo ng mga Filipino. Pero ano nga ba ang ibig pakahulugan ng salitang “Jejemon”? Sang-ayon sa UrbanDictionary.Com, Jejemon – “Usually seen around social networking sites such as Friendster and Multiply, jejemons are individuals with low IQs who spread around their idiocy on the web by tYpFing LyK diZS jejejeje, making all people viewing their profile raise their eyebrows out of annoyance. Normal people like you and me must take a Bachelor of Arts in Jejetyping in order to understand said individuals, as deciphering their text would cause a lot of frustration and hair pulling.”

Ako man ay walang ideya kung ano nga ba ang mga Jejemons hanggang sa makita ko sa Facebook ang larawan ni Gibo Teodoro na may hawak na placard na nagsasaad na “ibabalik nya daw ang mga jejemons sa elementarya”. Sa isang banda, may mga pagkakataon na nakakainis naman talaga ang mga “text messages” ng mga Jejemons, lalo na kung medyo mahaba ito, at mas hahaba pa ang oras mo para lamang intindihin ang sinasabi nila. Ang text tulad ng “Hello po, musta na po kayo? Hello po and God bless” ay magiging “HELl0w ♥ xD ♥ POw l0LZ, muStuAh naH P0w kay0h? Th@nk U pow @nD 60Wd blezZ”. Hindi ba nakakairitang basahin?

Sa isang banda, tingin ko rin ay hindi naman masama ang pagiging jejemon, wag nga lamang itong maging daan upang masanay ang mga tao sa hindi pagsunod sa “standard” ng pakikipagtalastasan. Para sa mga jejemons, mas mabuting ipahayag sa pamamaraang jejemon ang inyong pakikipagusap sa kapwa jejemon, dahil sila ang mas makakaintindi ng inyong sinasabi, pero makipagtalastasan sa normal na paraan para sa mga taong hindi naman nasanay sa ganoong gawain.

Hindi ako Jejemon, pero kung napasyal ka man sa blog na ito para maghanap ng jejemon text converter or jejemon text creator, heto ang tool na pwede mong magamit.

Casino, Internet, at Isang Bakasyon

Mahilig ka bang magcasino? Nais mo bang magsugal para kumita ng pera?

Dati, nahilig rin ako sa mga sugal, bagaman hindi ko ito itinuturing na bisyo. Naglilibang lang ika nga. At marami akong alam na sugal – mahjong, sakla, lucky nine, tong-its, forty-one, pusoy lei, pusoy dos, pekwa, karera, at kahit ano pang sugal na kadalasan makikita mo sa peryahan.

Sa kabila nito, hindi ako natuto ng mga sugal na karaniwang makikita sa mga casino sa Las Vegas. Hindi ko kailanman hinangad na mapunta roon para magsugal. Maaari pa siguro para sa isang bakasyon o kaya naman ay para mamasyal at matunghayan ang ganda ng lugar na iyon.

Mabalik tayo sa sugal, nabanggit ko na hindi ko talaga ugali ang magsugal, at mas lalo pa ngayon. Mas nanaisin kong gumawa ng mas kapakipakinabang na bagay kaysa ubusin ang maghapon ko at iasa sa kapalaran ang aking pagkapanalo, at kung manalo man din ako, ramdam kong hindi pa rin sapat ang anumang napanalunan ko para palitan ang oras na ginugol ko sa pagsusugal. Naniniwala akong mas produktibo ako kung sakaling sa Internet ko na lamang ilalaan ang oras ko.

Ano nga ba ang silbi ng post na ito??? Wala lang, nais ko lang magsulat ng kahit ano para malagay ang mga links sa taas Seryoso…. nais kong ibahagi sa mga mambabasa na maaaring kumita sa Internet gamit ang mga casino at iba ibang uri ng sugal sa ibang bansa.

Di ba masama itaguyod ang sugal? Tama, masama nga. Sino ba ang nagsabing itaguyod natin ang sugal. Susundin lamang natin ang mga kagustuhan ng mga may-ari ng casino, sa pamamaraang hindi natin kailangang malukob sa anino ng sugal. Ang isang link papunta sa casino halimbawa, ay maaaring bayaran ng isang may-ari ng isang website na casino sa halaga. Maaari itong minsanan, at maaari rin namang buwanan. May kakilala akong nagsulat sa blog na sinasabing hindi maganda ang magsugal, inilagay ang link na hinihingi ng casino, at ayun, nabayaran ng maayos.

Ito ang pagkita ng pera sa paraang mabuti, sa pamamagitan ng pagtuligsa o pag-iwas sa isang gawaing sa nakararami ay masama.

Sa mga susunod kong posts, ibibigay ko ang mga detalye kung paano kayo kikita sa mga taong may kaugnayan sa mga casino, na hindi nyo naman kinakailangang magsugal o tumaya sa kahit na ano pa mang laro.

Halalan 2010: Isang Pagninilay

Natapos na rin ang botohan, at ngayon naman, nakaantabay ang mga tao na nagaganap na bilangan ng boto. Masaya ako at nakaboto ako ng matiwasay kahapon, bagaman medyo may kahirapan ang paghahanap ko ng aking presinto dahil na rin sa “clustering” na ginawa ng Comelec, napakabilis naman ng naging pagboto ko dahil na rin walang nakapila sa aming presinto. Nagpapasalamat ako at mabilis lang ang proseso. Nakakasama lang ng loob na marami pa rin sa ating mga kababayan ang hindi pinalad na makaboto ng simbilis tulad ko.

G-O-S-S-I-P: Good Thing or Bad Thing?

In our world today, there is no way of getting rid of issues. There are lots of different controversies that we really have to deal with. Gossip news is everywhere. Especially when talking about media such as write ups, blogs, magazines, radio and television as well as fashion and music.

Gossip is very influential especially in terms of beliefs. It can actually change a mind of a person on how to deal with things, how he act, or even in decision making.

It can directly affect or hurt a person no matter what if the gossip is true or not.

Just like the TV series Gossip Girl, I could say that this is one of the most influential television shows today.

Gossip Girl is an American teen drama series based on the book series of the same name written by Cecily von Ziegesar.

The show is about the lives of elite young adults living and growing up on New York’s Upper East Side. They are all studying in best academic institutions while dealing with different good and bad vices such as sex, drugs, and your basic fun, dramatic, dangerous teenage issues.

This television show is very powerful, it did change the fashion statement of the young adults. It is very evident that as you go walking along the streets, most of the teenagers are wearing clothes inspired by the main cast of the show. Some of the vices shown in the show are also absorbed by the viewers such sex and drugs but behind such bad influences I will admit that the story of the show is well written.

Most of the viewers could actually relate to it, talking about human relationship as family and friends. It is very realistic and very timely. It somehow serves as an eye-opener to all people who are afraid to face reality.

We should always look at the positive side of life. Always Remember:

Reality is not about hiding the truth: it is facing the pros and cons of life.

I was not aware of it before but now I’m hooked into it. After stopping playing FarmVille (which I played for a couple of weeks), I decided not to engage into another game which will eat up my time. I rather build links to my website than spend my time planting and harvesting plants in FarmVille. It’s just one time that my brother asked me if I am familiar with Plants vs. Zombies. I told him that I am not and that was the first time I heard of such games. He said that the game is really exciting to play. It is as simple as repel the zombies from going into your house using plants, but that simple objective becomes complicated as the zombies and plants have their own unique powers and abilities.
